Windyway Trust is a local animal charity. Their objective is to relieve the suffering of cats, dogs or animals of any species who are in need of care and attention. They provide and maintain kennels, catteries, refuges and animal hospitals for the care of unwanted animals.
Animal owners in financial distress can be forced to make difficult decisions in the care of their pets. Some may resort to abandonment as shelters often cannot take any more animals in. Windyway combats this by providing a pet food bank for the community to keep pets in their loving homes and well fed.
NMTG donated enough food for up to 4 cats for a month which will go to families and cats in need.
