Donation of £7.69 to participate in ‘Stride for Gaza’.
As I watch online the genocide of Palestinians committed by the State of Israel I have often felt helpless – aid isn’t reaching the people it needs, and I struggled to see how I could benefit the situation financially.
One of the most efficient ways is through Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) who conducted the Stride with Gaza campaign in October 2025 – a virtual walk across Gaza where you receive updates along the way of where you are, virtually, as you progress on your walk.
I ended up walking 94.7km within the month, just short of the 98km target, but this was during a period of illness. Next time I want to push myself to walk further.
